We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5-days after receiving your item(s) to request and submit a return.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Your Return Request Email must be submitted no later than the 5th day after delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tags attached (if applicable). Your item(s) must also be free of stains and smells, i.e. make-up, perfume, pet hair and smoke.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse. 
Please contact us at returns@shoptlfs.com to start a return. Please include in the e-mail; Your full name, order number, names of which item(s) you want to return, and your preferred e-mail contact. We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Jewelry, Accessories (shoes, scarfs, hats, hair accessories, etc.) & Swimwear, Bodysuits, Intimates, Pajamas, Seasonal Items (Valentines Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) unfortunately, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Clearance, Sale & Warehouse Sale Item(s) can be returned. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, any and all sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be returned exchanged, or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All orders shipped to residents outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded full amount of your purchase less any shipping fees on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations:
In order to guarantee availability of your item(s) and timely shipping, we process orders right away as they come in. You may try to contact us for a cancellation, but there is no guarantee. In which case you will have to wait until you have received the order and then make a return.

Shipping Fees:
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund in the form of your original payment, the cost of all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If you paid for your own shipping return that is non-refundable as well.
